from the viewpoint of the Golden Eagle
Flying by paraglider lets you admire Valsesia from a vantage usually reserved for the Golden Eagle, the Peregrine Falcon, and other birds of prey that live in the mountains and forests of Italy's greenest valley. While solo paragliding is a sport for expert pilots, tandem flights offer an exciting and accessible experience for everyone. For your first flight, Valsesia provides several take-off points with experienced, licensed pilots: at Pianalunga above Alagna, departing from over two thousand meters above sea level, at Monte Camparient above Alpe di Mera, or from Monte Tovo above Borgosesia.
For summer 2025, Monterosa Ski organizes special weekends dedicated to paragliding enthusiasts.
