The fairytale landscapes, the efficient organization, the usually abundant snow, and a genuine spirit of hospitality justify this title.

Alagna Valsesia (1,191 meters)
Thanks to the experience and preparation of the local guides, it is possible to experience the thrill of descending kilometers and kilometers of off-piste slopes in fresh snow, immersed in an environment of extraordinary beauty. Freeriders can enjoy a charming view, where the soft blanket stretches as far as the eye can see, steep corridors alternate with immaculate mounds, and the mountain reveals its most intimate and pure aspect.
The starting point for this experience is the Indren glacier at 3,200 meters, reachable by lifts from Alagna, from which several itineraries of medium and high difficulty are possible, both on the Alagna and Gressoney sides, with over 2,000 meters of elevation drop. An adventure that is always new and always different for those who love adrenaline and seek the most authentic freeride experience with snowboard, ski, or telemark. Freeriding on Monte Rosa is an activity that can be practiced for most of the year, provided that the weather and snow conditions allow it. For risk-free thrills, you can book one of the Monte Rosa guides from the International Union of Mountain Guide Associations (UIAGM).
