The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa, located approximately 40 km from the centers of Novara and Vercelli, the main access routes to the entire destination. The bus lines STN provide connections between the airport and the city of Novara.
Other nearby airports include Turin Caselle, Milan Linate, and Milan Bergamo Orio al Serio.
By car
Arriving from Milan or Turin on the A4, you can enter the A26 at Biandrate heading towards Gravellona Toce, exiting at Romagnano Sesia-Ghemme. From here, the SP299 of Valsesia connects all centers up to Alagna.
Other roads to consider are the SP142 for Gattinara, Lozzolo, and Roasio, SP31/32 for Boca, Maggiora, and Cavallirio, SP71 for Guardabosone and Postua, SP76/77 "Cremosina" for Valduggia and Cellio with Breia, SP78 for Civiasco, and SP9 and 10 for Val Mastallone and Val Sermenza, respectively.
By train
The provincial capitals of Novara and Vercelli are perfectly connected to the regional rail network, ensuring frequent services from both Milan and Turin. From the stations, connections to the main bus lines in the area follow.
By bus
The bus lines Baranzelli (departing from Milan, Turin, and Novara) and ATAP (departing from Vercelli) connect all the main towns of the Novara, Gattinarese Hills, and Valsesia.
